New roofs, or large flat roofs can be processed through the scheme, which provides our clients with a pass certificate from local building control (Bromley council) & also backs our guarantee with insurance backing for 10 years.
This service saves our clients thousands of pounds annually (collectively) on new roofs and large flat roof projects, by eliminating expensive fees from Bromley council to call out building control.
